Fish Oil Ester : What are they?

Fish Oil Esters, rich with Omega 3s Rich in omega 3 fatty acids, EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic Acid), fish oil esters are often referred to when it comes to heart and cardiovascular health. These Omega-3 fatty acids have been found to lower low-density lipoprotein (LPL), or “bad” cholesterol while increasing high density lipoprotein (HDL), or “good” cholesterol. Omega-3 fatty acids have also been found to lower triglyceride levels. But many of these claims could very well be marketing ploys, as tuna, salmon, and mackerel are the common cold water fish from which fish oil esters are derived.

And it is difficult to truly know, as a consumer, if the toxicity level of a body of water from which your fish oils have come from has been accurately and objectively studied.
